Sohar Freezone Port – Arkan Logistics Warehouse Project (2021)

Design and supervision services were successfully carried out for the industrial warehouse project of Arkan Logistics at Sohar Freezone in 2021. The project covered a total land area of approximately 10,000 square meters, including complete land development and infrastructure works.

The scope of work included planning, design, and supervision of a hangar-type steel structure warehouse for logistics operations, along with associated office facilities for staff and workers. The project was developed to meet industrial operational requirements within the port free zone area, ensuring efficient storage, logistics handling, and administrative support facilities.

Primary & Secondary Tower (ATS) Salalah Airport, Sultanate of Oman (2019)

Construction of the Air Traffic Services (ATS) Tower for primary and secondary operations at Salalah Airport, including complete civil, structural, and electro-mechanical works for aviation operational infrastructure. The project comprised construction of the reinforced concrete tower structure, foundations, equipment rooms, service buildings, internal finishing, external development, and associated utility connections. Salalah Airport’s air traffic facilities include a major control tower and radar/navigation infrastructure as part of Oman’s airport modernization program.

Complete civil works including excavation, foundation, reinforced concrete superstructure, block works, plastering, waterproofing, and architectural finishing.
Construction of tower core, operational rooms, control cabins, access staircases, and associated ancillary buildings.
Electro-mechanical works including electrical power distribution, lighting systems, earthing, lightning protection, HVAC systems, fire alarm, firefighting, plumbing, and drainage systems.
Installation support for aviation-related technical systems such as communication equipment rooms, control system infrastructure, and utility service integration.
External works including access roads, paving, boundary works, underground utilities, and site development.

Execution of complete civil and electro-mechanical construction works for the ATS Tower at Salalah Airport, delivering critical air traffic control infrastructure including tower building, service facilities, utility systems, and external development works for airport operational services.
